How do we make you happy again?
Have you made a purchase at Misting-Pro and wish to return it? We apply a return period of 14 calendar days after receipt of your order. You can therefore return items without giving a reason within 14 calendar days. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return products outside the return period. For a return, our products must be unused and undamaged. You can request a return via the form below. You will receive a response to your request within 48 hours. Have you received a damaged product? Please contact our customer service within 48 hours.
