Will I get wet if I sit under a Misting-Pro?
If the pipes are installed at the correct distance (2.00-2.20 m), you can sit underneath them with your laptop without it or yourself getting wet!
How much water and electricity does a Misting-Pro nebulizer consume?
Our misting pumps have an energy label A. Thanks to the interval function, the pump only consumes water (±0.025L-1s) and electricity (180W) when misting.
Does the misting pump of a Misting-Pro make a lot of noise?
We have the quietest misting pumps. The unit is often placed in an enclosed space, meaning only the soothing sound of water/mist is noticed. Our pumps have an average noise level of (36dB).
Does the Misting-Pro need maintenance?
The filter cartridges must be replaced annually. You can easily order these via our webshop. We recommend removing the nozzles in the autumn and reinstalling them in the spring for use. During a Misting-Pro maintenance service, the filters are replaced and the lines are cleaned to prevent blockages. Additionally, the oil is changed and the misting pump is serviced. With a Misting-Pro maintenance service, you receive a 1-year extended warranty.
When do the water filters need to be replaced?
The filter cartridges must be replaced annually. You can easily order these via our webshop.
Can I contract Legionella under a Misting-Pro nebulizer?
All our filters are ISO9001 and 14001/ Kiwa DVGW270/ TÜV Rheinland certified. We use various high-quality filters to exclude bacteria 100%. So you can enjoy cooling with peace of mind!
Can it also be installed yourself?
We include a manual with all our Misting-Pro packages. By following the steps in the manual, you can also install it yourself.
How long is the warranty on a Misting-Pro misting kit?
All Misting-Pro packages come with a standard 2-year warranty. This can optionally be extended with a Misting-Pro maintenance service, resulting in a lifetime warranty.
Can the system also be operated remotely?
All our nebulizer pumps are smart and remotely controllable. The M100, M200, and M300 can be operated and programmed remotely using our handy app. The M50 can be operated with the included remote control.
Can I also mist different surfaces separately?

Can you nebulize in a closed room?
It is possible to nebulize in a closed room, depending on the circumstances and the end goal.
